Let's lose weight!

In these days, Fat put on my waist has been bothering me.

Although it didn't almost matter, the fat on my lower abdomen is terrible probably

because of getting older.

I've been reading a book which name is "THE BULLETPROOF DIET" since June,

I'm planning to improve my eating habits refering to the above book. 

There are some amazing information for me in the book like restriction of fructose and so forth, it can't be believable at any time in my life.

Therefore, actual conduction of that can't be done soon I guess so, but I wanna try to

walk readily to my goal as confirming effects.
